Contact
The first conversation is always confidential.
We take on a limited number of new engagements each year. Every one begins the same way: a written inquiry, followed by a scheduled call. There is no cost and no commitment at the initial stage — and no obligation to continue if, after listening, we conclude the honest answer is that your family’s path is not viable.
How to reach us
Write to us first
We respond within 2–3 business days.
The most useful first message is a brief written note outlining the family situation as you understand it, the jurisdictions of interest, and any documentation already in hand — even a single photograph of an old certificate helps. Unpolished is fine; incomplete is expected. That is rather the point of what we do.
What to expect
Four unhurried steps
- Your written inquiry is received and reviewed — by a person, not a system.
- We arrange an initial phone or video consultation of 30–45 minutes.
- If there is a mutual fit, a formal engagement letter follows within 7–10 days.
- Research work begins on execution of the engagement.
We correspond in English and Spanish, and can read documents in most of the languages our jurisdictions produce.
